Ordinary dull external finish. No color option . Ear buds comfortable & have good modern looking design . Sound quality good ,Bass is good for music lovers especially at Indian classical and Western music as well. comfortable at uppar and lower notes ..Noise cancelling is not good All minute sounds and loud ones are heard clearly at low & high volume . Two charging ports given .Amazon service is nice & in time .Good packing & received safe . Thank You for this good item at the cost of Rs 1500/-

First of all the delivery is good. Received a damageless product, thanks to Amazon. The sound quality is really terrible, I never expected such poor sound quality from boult, even a 800 rs tws from other brands performs better than this. The app which they mentioned is not at all working, may be the fine tuning from the app might make the tws perform better, unfortunately app is crap, not at all connecting the device. Call quality is cheap, when I attend call with this tws people say that it feels like I’m talking from inside a well. I was attracted by the design. Quality is good but sound is low, & bass is very low, touch is not working properly. & If you are 5 mtr far from case then it will stop working properly. Battery backup is good. If you want best earphones then go to the Boult Z40. Its worth it & best ever.
